New hires to drive growth and operational efficiency
MACHESNEY PARK, Ill. – Experity, the national leader in on-demand healthcare solutions, is pleased to announce the expansion of its executive leadership team with the appointments of Kevin Clarke as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Strategic Business Development, Jonathan Moss as Executive Vice President (EVP) of Revenue Growth and Operations, and Kevin Lathrop as Senior Vice President (SVP) of Strategic Projects In addition, Joe Fuster, Chief Sales Officer and Andrew Zimakas, EVP Marketing have transitioned into permanent leadership roles from their interim capacities.
As SVP of Strategic Business Development, Kevin Clarke leads efforts to identify and pursue new business development opportunities, including acquisition targets, new product and service offerings, and strategic partnerships. Clarke brings extensive experience from previous leadership roles at Booster, Capsule, Uber Eats, and Zume.
Jonathan Moss, EVP of Revenue Growth and Operations, is responsible for providing strategic leadership across Go-to-Market Strategy & Planning, Revenue Operations, Enablement, and Implementation. Moss’s experience includes key executive revenue and operations positions at MetaVRse, BigSpring, Booster, REEF, OYO USA, T-Mobile, and Verizon.
Kevin Lathrop, SVP of Strategic Projects, focuses on Experity Platform Upgrades and Payments functions. He brings a proven track record in driving revenue growth and optimizing profit, having previously served as President of Healthcare Solutions at Exela Technologies and President & COO at Transaction Data Systems.
The leadership team is further bolstered by the transition of Joe Fuster to Chief Sales Officer. Fuster now permanently leads all sales functions at Experity, drawing on his extensive experience in scaling public, private, and IPO companies at various stages of growth, including international organizations such as Talkwalker, Oracle, SAP, and Salesforce.
Andrew Zimakas’ permanent role as EVP of Marketing encompasses the full scope of growth marketing and communications at Experity. Zimakas brings a diverse background in B2B and B2C marketing and brand management across multiple industries, including healthcare, financial services, technology, and consumer packaged goods, with previous leadership roles at Sprout, ING Bank, Microsoft, and P&G.
