When should I plan to arrive and leave?

Plan to arrive the morning of Wednesday, February 22 and leave the morning of Friday, February 24.

Wednesday, February 22: Training and the welcome reception will run from 10:00am-7:00pm
Thursday, February 23: Sessions and the closing party will run from 8:00am-9:30pm

If you would like to extend your stay past the conferences dates, you can take advantage of the discounted rates through February 27.

What is the cancellation policy?

If cancellation occurs within 60 days of purchase, a full refund will be provided. If the cancellation occurs after 60 days, no refund will be provided. If you are using a group pricing you must have 3+ attendees registered in order to capitalize on the discounting. If you want to cancel and swap your ticket with another attendee please email customerservice@experityevents.com. Pricing will be adjusted automatically in the event that only 2 people instead of 3+ will be attending.

What is the attendee policy?

While COVID-19 will remain with us for the foreseeable future, we are now better positioned to live with the virus in ways that it does not have to upend our lives. Vaccines and treatments aimed at preventing severe illness in people at higher risk and testing are widely available. We will be guided by the data and science on the public health decisions we make moving forward.

Following the current city and state recommendations, Urgent Care Connect will not require proof of COVID-19 vaccination or a negative test to enter the conference. While masks are not required to attend, please respect those who wish to continue to wear masks while among crowds.

Is there a group discount?

Yes! When registering three or more from your team use the ticket Group: All Access Pass for a $400 discount per pass. All registrants must be from the same company and register at the same time. This discount expires 2/18/23.

Do you have walk-in tickets available?

Yes, we are accepting walk-in registrations during the event. Please note, the All-Access Pass price increases to $1,149 effective 2/18/2023.

Am I able to transfer my ticket if I can no longer attend?

Yes. To transfer your ticket, email customerservice@experityevents.com.

I am having issues completing my registration for the event, what do I do?

For best performance, we recommend using Chrome to register. Additionally, be sure to enable cookies and disable all pop-up blockers or ad blockers as they could cause additional issues. Still having issues? Contact us at customerservice@experityevents.com and a member of our team will reach out to you.

How do I sign up for training?

To register for training, head to the Register Now page and select the training you would like to attend. You must purchase an All-Access Pass to attend the training sessions or email customerservice@experityevents.com.

Is this event just for Experity Customers?

This conference is an urgent care industry event with content and sessions for all urgent care professionals, whether you are an Experity customer or not. You can explore the agenda here.

What is the dress code?

Business casual is appropriate for all events. The closing party on February 23 is a Havana Nights White Party. Attendees are encouraged to wear white.

Where do I stay?

The event is being held at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa at 19999 West Country Club Drive, Aventura, FL, 33180. We encourage you to stay at this hotel as part of our block for the best experience. Though the discounted rate has expired you can still book at the JW Marriott Turnberry directly through this link. All conference sessions, keynotes, and the welcome reception will be held onsite.

Can I bring a guest to the closing party?

We are hosting an industry party once the sessions are over on Thursday February 23! If you are traveling with a guest who would like to join you at the closing party, use code PARTYPASS to purchase a ticket for them to join you. Tickets are $150.

Can I bring my family?
