When should I plan to arrive and leave?

Plan to arrive the morning of Wednesday, March 2 and leave the morning of Friday, March 4.

Wednesday, March 2: Training and the welcome reception will run from 1:00pm-7:00pm
Thursday, March 3: Sessions and the closing party will run from 8:00am-8:00pm

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel within 60 days of purchase, a full refund will be provided. If cancellation occurs after 60 days, no refund will be provided. In the event of a COVID-related cancellation of the entire Urgent Care Connect Conference, a full refund will be provided.

What are the COVID-19 safety precautions?

Experity is committed to the safety of all attendees attending Urgent Care Connect. We are continuing to monitor the situation and will be following guidance from the Department of Health and Human Services, CDC, and state and local governments.
In order to attend, each attendee must provide one of the following at the time of check-in and affirm in writing that the attendee meets one of the two (2) requirements:
  1. Proof of full vaccination*; or
  2. Negative COVID -19 test (antigen or PCR) within 48 hours of arrival at the Conference
* an Attendee is considered fully vaccinated two (2) weeks after receiving her or his second dose in a 2-dose series, such as the Pfizer or Moderna vaccines, or two (2) weeks after a single-dose vaccine, such as Johnson & Johnson’s vaccine. We ask each attendee to abide by the terms of our attendee policy. Due to the fast-evolving nature of COVID-19, the information and policy may become outdated and is subject to change at any time.

Is there a group discount?

Yes! When registering 3 or more from your team use code GROUP for a $350 discount per pass. All registrants must be from the same company and register at the same time. This discount expires 2/28/22.

Do you have walk-in tickets available?

Yes, we are accepting walk-in registrations during the event. Please note, the All-Access Pass price increases to $999 effective 3/1/2022.

Am I able to transfer my ticket if I can no longer attend?

Business casual is appropriate for all events.

Where do I stay?

The event is being held at the JW Marriott at 201 8th Ave S, Nashville, TN 37203. We encourage you to stay at this hotel as part of our block for the best rates possible. To get the discounted conference room rate, book through this link. Book before February 8, 2022 to take advantage of the discounted rate. All conference sessions, keynotes, and the welcome reception will be held onsite.
