Any urgent care professional can be nominated by you, a colleague, friend, or Experity employee. You can also nominate yourself! Nominees must be an Experity customer in good standing to win.
A panel of Experity executives and leaders will select the winners based on the answers provided in the submission. We suggest providing quantitative proof of performance if it’s available and give specific examples of how your nominee impacted their clinic, patients, and community.
Winners will be notified by January 30, 2026.
Winners will be honored at the Urgent Care Connect conference in Nashville held February 23-24, 2026. If possible, winners should be present the first day of the conference to be showcased during the Welcome Reception.
