Any urgent care professional can be nominated by you, a colleague, friend, or Experity employee. You can also nominate yourself! Nominees do not need to be Experity customers to win.
A panel of Experity executives and leaders will select the winners based on the answers provided in the submission. We suggest providing quantitative proof of performance if it’s available and give specific examples of how your nominee impacted their clinic, patients, and community.
Winners will be notified by January 31, 2025.
Winners will be honored at the Urgent Care Connect conference in Louisville held March 3-5, 2025. If possible, winners should be present the second day of the conference to be showcased during the closing event.
