David Stern

Dr. David Stern has served as Experity’s CEO since the company was formed in 2019. Stern founded Practice Velocity in 2002 with the goal of providing urgent care-focused technology solutions to the fledgling industry. He was also a partner at Physicians Immediate Care, operating 20 urgent care centers in the Midwest. David knows firsthand the challenges that clinics face as they attempt to deliver the best patient experience, stay relevant, and be profitable.

Todd Martin

Todd Martin

Todd Martin is the EVP and COO of Emergency One with locations across the state of New York. Martin is responsible for the strategic planning, development, and operational management of urgent care and occupational health services for Emergency One. In his role, he works with physicians, clinical staff, local business leaders, and the community to insure the delivery of prompt quality health care services. He also assists in the development of effective occupational and preventative health models for the public.

Alan Ayers

Alan Ayers

Alan Ayers serves as CEO of Velocity Urgent Care, a venture of Sentara Healthcare, which is the fastest growing urgent care provider based in Virginia. Ayers has over 14 years’ experience in strategic planning, business development, clinical operations, sales/marketing, and customer service for urgent care, occupational medicine, and primary care facilities of all sizes.
