Get measurable results with software and services that take the complexity out of healthcare from online appointment and registration to billing and reputation management.
Your implementation plan should fit your business, your goals, and the way you operate. While you get started with your new solutions, we do everything we can to keep you on track without disrupting your business.
With our focus squarely on the dynamic urgent care industry, we eat and breathe efficiency. We think about implementation the way you think about software. It should begin with a goal, be easy to use and understand, and make life better.
Because Experity’s core solutions include two legacy EMR/PM software platforms, we provide proven training processes that get users up and running quickly and with confidence—no matter which EMR solution they’re using.
Training for new clinics starts with online training videos for every user role in your clinic. This is followed up by live training for superusers (the go-to person on your team for all things EMR). Live training allows staff to ask our experts questions in real time. After the initial training, users can access many supplemental resources including documents and videos online in Experity Connected.
Depending on your clinic’s specific contract, your training can include an System Analyst on-site the week of your go live to help with clinical workflow and troubleshooting. While this training is not included in all contracts, it can be arranged by request.
The Experity team will be your first line of support for three to four weeks after your clinic goes live. This, along with patient chart audits and weekly support calls, will be included in a standard implementation.
After implementation, your team will contact our support team with questions or when you need help.
At Experity, we host free onsite training each month in our Machesney Park headquarters for VelociDoc and PVM. While urgent care software training is the focus of each session, attendees also get to experience our company culture and our team at work. You have the opportunity share a meal with leadership and network with other Experity customers. And you’ll have time to connect with members of our Software and Billing Support Teams, Contracting and Credentialing, Billing, and Consulting.
Learn from our expert trainers who layer lessons based on real-life case scenarios for the EMR and practice management systems. The multi-day training builds up user skills gradually. Hands-on instruction allows new users to quickly understand the urgent care software and makes installation easy.
Take the lessons back to your clinic and share what you’ve learned with all the users on your team. Plus, all our clients, have access to free, how-to user guides and manuals, self-paced instructional videos, training materials, and eLearning resources through our practice management software.
After your initial training, our support team is there to walk all clients through challenges day or night.
Your EMR/PM solution is installed, and you’ve gone through training. Now what? No worries, we’re still here whenever you need us with a whole team of pros to support you with everything from troubleshooting software issues to using the software.
You don’t keep normal hours. Neither do we. With critical, 24/7 support, we’re always on the job to give you even more peace of mind. Connect with our support team via phone or email or visit Experity Connected where you can submit and track the status of your support tickets, connect with our support team, and find answers to commonly asked questions.
With remote hosting, you have one less thing to worry about. Our hosting environment undergoes third-party evaluations and testing, including an annual HIPAA risk assessment and SSAE16 SOC-2 Type II certification. We also perform continuous vulnerability assessments and quarterly penetration testing—meaning our operation’s internal controls, data, and processes have been audited and affirmed by both qualified internal staff and outside sources. In other words, you’re in good hands.
Our system architecture is within Amazon Web Services (AWS), our hosting provider. AWS is compliant with CSA, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018, PCI DSS Level 1, SOC 1/2/3, NIST 800-171, HIPAA (through FedRAMP and NIST 800-53) and HITRUST. Get details and read their white paper online.
At Experity, we value your business—and your feedback. Our annual User Conference is an opportunity to get together with other users, get the latest information on our software and services, build your skills, and have some fun. We’ll make sure all our clients are notified well in advance of each conference so there’s no reason to miss this great opportunity.
