Urgent care is built on people who deliver, day after day. 

The people who bring precision to their work, elevate the patient experience, and can be counted on when the pace picks up and expectations are high—people who all around make the team feel stronger. 

This year’s Staff Excellence Award is co-presented by Experity and the Urgent Care Association (UCA), honoring an exceptional frontline professional whose contributions represent the very best of urgent care. 

This is more than recognition from one organization. It is an industry honor presented by two organizations deeply invested in the people, progress, and future of urgent care. Because lasting progress starts at the grassroots with the people doing exceptional work every day. 

Who Should You Nominate?

Think about the person your clinic counts on. Their impact shows up in how the clinic operates, how the team works together, and how patients experience their care.

If someone comes to mind that excels in these areas, we want to know their story.
