Bobby Ghoshal brings more than 30 years of experience in technology across multiple industries, helping to build and lead high-performance teams in software products, digital and business transformation, information security, data analytics, and AI/ML. As CEO of Experity, he leads the Executive Team and oversees the company’s strategic direction. After holding various executive roles at ResMed leading teams across the US and internationally, Bobby most recently served as President/Chief Commercial Officer of Residential Care Software (previously called SaaS) for ResMed, leading the company’s global Residential Care software portfolio.

Bobby holds an MBA from Arizona State University and a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering and telecommunications from the National Institute of Technology (NIT) in Calicut, India.
