On September 6, 2018, Practice Velocity (PV) attended the 26th Annual Gathering of Games Conference in Dallas, TX. Out of 21 nationwide finalists, Practice Velocity earned a 2018 All-Star Champion Award for embracing open-book management principles and demonstrating outstanding business results.
Practice Velocity CEO, David Stern, MD
“With so many candidates competing for the award, we are honored to have been selected. We would not be where we are today without the teammate-owners of Practice Velocity applying level-10 energy and level-10 execution to the Great Game. They truly transformed themselves to make the company the amazing place it is today. I am so proud to of all we have accomplished.” says CEO Dr. David Stern.
The Great Game of Business philosophy has been a major part of the culture at Practice Velocity since 2016. Focusing on teamwork, treating everyone like a leader and getting financial updates about the company, employees are able to see how their roles and decisions affect the company as a whole.
Every win is celebrated by blowing horns, ringing bells and shouting whenever a goal is accomplished. Even with the win being in Dallas, TX, the Practice Velocity team was able to embrace the win as employees were able to watch the award ceremony live while enjoying pizza.
