Thank you for contacting Experity Teleradiology to request medical and/or billing records. We respect patient privacy and will not release any medical records without the proper documentation, unless required by law.
Please send a HIPAA compliant release form signed by the patient to records@experityhealth.com
We do not bill patients or insurance companies directly, or own the images sent to us for interpretation. You must contact the facility where the exam was performed if you require billing information or a disc with images. There is no separate bill from Experity Teleradiology, and we are unable to release images.
