Big News from DocuTAP and Clockwise

I’m happy to share some really good news. DocuTAP has acquired Clockwise.MD—the leading patient engagement software in the industry.

Our mission has always been to deliver a better urgent care experience. Over the last few years we’ve continuously improved our EMR and PM software, partnered with outstanding companies, and built strong relationships with our customers. The time came to take another big step toward better patient engagement. We started to explore new opportunities to expand our patient engagement capabilities.

Because Clockwise.MD has started to own the patient engagement space, and because their products and service are unbeatable, it made sense to unite the strength of two dynamic companies into one. The result is a new and stronger DocuTAP with an expanded slate of products including Clockwise.MD’s patient engagement solutions Queue and Survey.

Patient-facing solutions are increasingly important in the on-demand healthcare space, but become that much more powerful when incorporated into the entire workflow. Both DocuTAP and Clockwise.MD will continue to improve our products while working together to make the pieces fit as one complete solution. For our customers, that means better, more efficient, more patient-centric solutions to make you more successful.
