Practice Velocity is proud to announce pvLearning, our latest feature to assist with client training and implementation. The eLearning website is designed to help Practice Velocity clients use the PVM practice management software as efficiently as possible.
Built with the user in mind, pvLearning offers both hands-on and video components for each step of the patient registration process. Users can choose to watch the process in the video feature, or follow step-by-step instructions in the hands-on component. Training modules cover registration for new patients, existing patients, and self-pay patients.
Additionally, users can watch videos and train hands on for occupational medicine registration. Training covers new and existing patient workers compensation, as well as employer paid service registration.
Modules guide users through patient registration, existing patient searches, demographic entry, gathering insurance information, payment collection, and patient document scanning.
pvLearning is available now to our clients. We encourage new and experienced client team members to use pvLearning to gain new skills and improve efficiency.
