We are excited to announce the Grand Opening of our Solutions Center (formerly known as Help Desk)! As a team, we felt strongly that this department deserved a more appropriate name. At Teleradiology Specialists, we offer the solutions all day every day that our clients deserve.

Our Solutions Center serves many purposes for our partners, clients and doctors. We take a team approach to providing solutions that deliver a customer service experience second to none in the industry. We address requests in a timely fashion and to go above and beyond to ensure client, partner and doctor satisfaction. Unlike many of our competitors, we begin the customer service experience the moment one of our live Solution Center Representatives answers our client’s call. The exceptional service continues as we connect our clients directly with a doctor allowing our clients to get the answers to the important questions right then when they need them. Our Solution Center is able to provide such remarkable service because of our upbeat team of dedicated personnel that facilitate the calls between providers and doctors, follow-up on positive finding reports, and answer the phone when our clients call.
