Next week, several team members of the Practice Velocity will be headed to the Great Game of Business Gathering of Games Conference in Dallas, TX on September 6th. Practice Velocity is a finalist for the All-Star Champion Award. This coveted award goes to a business that embraces the GGOB principles of teamwork and provides complete transparency of the company’s financial and operating metrics.

The Principles of the GGOB have been a part of the Practice Velocity culture since 2016 and continues to be a strong part of what makes our business unique. “The GGOB makes me feel more secure about my job. Seeing all the numbers is comforting knowing nothing is being hidden,” said Danielle Cicogna, PV Medical Biller/Owner.

By adding these principle to the culture, Practice Velocity now has a wait-list of applicants that want to work for the company. By treating every team member as a leader and allowing them to see the companies financial and operating metrics, it allows the team to see the true impact they have on the company.

Stay tuned for updates, wish us luck!
