Help the Urgent Care Industry and Take the UCAOA 2014 Benchmark Survey

As we know, urgent care is a niche industry within the larger world of healthcare. While no governing body exists for urgent care and it’s often not seen as a separate entity from emergency care by definition, one organization that focuses solely on promoting and defining urgent care is the Urgent Care Association.

To help give the industry statistics and a voice, the UCAOA conducts a once-every-two-years benchmark survey. The results of this survey are the closest measuring stick for the industry—to know where we are and where we are going. This data is a crucial guide and reference for research and general knowledge, both for us and you—but also for showing the crucial role urgent care plays in healthcare.

We encourage you to take this year’s benchmarking survey. You don’t need to be an UCAOA member to participate—everyone is welcome. If you are an enterprise urgent care, there’s a simple way to answer questions on behalf of all your clinic locations. If you complete 60% of the survey by June 15, you’ll receive free access the survey results, a $600 value. Survey results are anonymous, and answers are only viewed by the UCAOA, who will sign a non-disclosure agreement if needed.
