Urgent Care Centers Can Customize Patient Registration Process

eRegistration just got easier, as admins now have the capability to create customized work-flows inside of the electronic patient registration system. Instead of choosing between standard workflow templates, admins can now create a customized workflow and edit existing workflows.

Admins can create different workflows for in clinic and out of clinic registration, as well as customize based on patient type.

Usability At It’s Best

“We wanted to make sure that this new feature was as intuitive as possible,” says Sara Wirth, Senior Product Owner. “We conducted several usability studies, spanning over a few weeks, and made sure users could easily navigate the portal.”

The PV product team wanted this functionality to be simple and sophisticated so that anyone using the software could easily create a workflow and implement it, instead of making a formal request and waiting on the workflow to be created.  

Clinics with eReg functionality can access the portal from PV’s practice management tool and select the eReg admin portal in the menu options to start editing or creating workflows.
